Required for IRS Form 1099-NEC issuance. Abliven is required by federal law to collect this before any commission payments can be processed.

You will select your preferred payment method in the form below. Venmo delivers same-day payments on cleared sales before 2:30pm CT. ACH direct deposit delivers within 1-3 business days. You can update your payment preference at any time through the agent portal.
⚡ Venmo limit: Venmo payments are capped at $4,999.99 per transaction. On any day where your total commissions exceed $4,999.99, payment will automatically be processed via ACH regardless of your selected method. You will be notified by email when this occurs.

Your Signature Is Legally Binding
The electronic signature you apply in Step 3 constitutes full legal acceptance under the federal ESIGN Act. If you have not read the full agreement, return to Step 1 before proceeding.
